OUR STORY
As part of the corporate workforce, the founders realized a big gap in Corporate
Wellness – Post Activity Assessment & follow-up. Every now and then a Corporate Wellness Program is implemented in thousands of enterprises across India. It makes the stakeholders feel like the transformation is right around the corner and things will start changing right from the next day. But that’s far from reality.
Our teams have spent several months discussing corporate wellness with Multiple
organizations of diverse scale and sizes. And among all other things, one thing
emerged on top- Most of the Employee Wellness Programs carried out by an external
partner, stay as good as they feel, only for a few days.
